Because we are a small company, you will work with no one other than Regan, the owner. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, he will provide the highest level of personal service.

If I cannot pick up your phone call, I will always call you back on the same day to assess the potential problem. You can generally expect to hear from me within two hours and typically much sooner.

Most leak detection jobs typically last between 2 and 2-1/2 hours, but larger properties can take much longer and require multiple visits.

Leak Detection of Tennessee does NOT do plumbing. We work with plumbers, often on referral, to find the source of your leak. At the completion of the job, we then turn that information over to you and your plumber for repair.

We are very accustomed to working with both insurance & mitigation companies, however the homeowner is responsible for payment.

Yes, we are able to work with water districts and municipalities. We are most often retained by them for utility locates.
