Leak Detection of Tennessee offers gas leak detection services for residential, commercial, and municipal locations. Gas leaks can be above ground or underground, exposed, behind a wall or sheet rock, in the ceiling, or under the floor.

The process for identifying residential and commercial gas leaks is similar to that for water leaks. However, the equipment and technology is different. Whereas sonar/microphone systems are generally used to find water leaks, closed hydrogen testing is ideal for identifying and locating gas leaks.

We work with general contractors, plumbers, homeowners associations, insurance companies, and homeowners to pinpoint the source of gas leaks. Once we have identified the source of the leak, we then report back to the property owner and the contractor so that they can begin the process of repair.
